
Ronny Chan

Ronny Chan is an anesthesiologist whose research interests include the use of simulation to advance patient safety in operating and non-operating room environments, improving anesthetic care and team communication in offsite anesthesia areas, and using virtual reality simulation as an educational tool.
His work has been published in the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia.
Chan received his BS in biology from the University of British Columbia and both an MS in biomedical sciences and an MD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed his internship and residency in anesthesia and critical care at the University of Chicago.
