Muhammad Fayyaz Ahmed’s research has been published in World Journal of Orthopedics, Basic Cardiovascular Physiology, International Journal of Anesthesia, and Journal of Research in Medical Sciences.
He earned an MBBS at Dow University of Health Sciences, in Pakistan, followed by a residency in general surgery at Cleveland Clinic. He then pursued a residency in anesthesia at Temple University Hospital. Before joining the University of Chicago, he served as an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Temple University.
