Mark Hoffman is a general medical dermatologist with interest in cutaneous manifestations of autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases and immunobullous disorders. He is also committed to teaching and has occupied leadership positions devoted to medical student and resident physician development and education.
His work has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dermatology Therapy, Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, and Clinics in Dermatology. He also contributed a chapter to the edited volume Wound Healing.
Hoffman received his MD at the University of Illinois and an AB in philosophy from Vassar College. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Northwestern University and his residency in dermatology at Rush University Medical Center.
