
Leah Fox

Leah Fox is a neonatologist with a clinical and academic focus on neurocritical care. Her areas of research include mother-infant bonding and neurodevelopmental outcomes in premature and critically ill newborns. Her research has been published in Pediatrics and Acta Paediatrica.
Fox received her BA in biology with a concentration in neuroscience from Carleton College. She earned her MD from the University of Vermont, where she was inducted as a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her pediatric residency at Maine Medical Center, where she was awarded a Mentored Research Grant and recognized with the Maine Medical Center Resident Scholar Award. She then completed a neonatology fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. During her fellowship she also completed an MS degree in clinical and translational research.
