Erin King

Department of Pediatrics
Erin King is certified in both pediatric hospital medicine and general pediatrics. She provides comprehensive care to children of all ages at the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital. Her non-clinical interests include faculty development, medical education, and peer education and feedback.
Her work has been published in Hospital Pediatrics, Academic Medicine, Journal of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, Academic Pediatrics, Biology of Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation, and Pediatrics.
King earned a BS in biology from the University of Dayton and an MD from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, in Dayton, Ohio. She then completed a pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis. Most recently, she served as a pediatric hospitalist and director of graduate medical education at Children’s Minnesota.
