Courtney Cripps is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who primarily specializes in gender affirmation surgery. She also provides services in breast, body contouring, cosmetic, craniofacial, hand, pediatric, and general reconstructive plastic surgery and microsurgery.
Her research has been published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery—Global Open; Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Cripps received a BS in biology from the University of Georgia and an MD from the Medical College of Georgia. She then completed a residency in general surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, where she was awarded the John O. Vieta, MD Prize for Outstanding Performance and Contribution by a Resident or Fellow. She also completed a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at New York University.
