Bradford Chong

Bradford Chong is a board-certified gastroenterologist with expertise in both benign and malignant pancreatic diseases. His clinical interests include pancreatic cysts and neoplasms, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and pancreas insufficiency. His research foci include early detection of pancreatic cancer, disparities in pancreatic cancer care, and pancreatic cancer survivorship.

He has presented at national conferences and published research in American Journal of Gastroenterology and Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Chong earned a BS in human communication sciences at Northwestern University and an MD from Rush Medical College. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Southern California/Los Angeles County Medical Center, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University and an additional fellowship in medical pancreatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
