Anila Khan

Anila Khan is a pulmonary and critical care physician who specializes in caring for patients with such complex lung diseases as sarcoidosis and interstitial lung disease, as well as those with advanced lung disease undergoing lung transplantation.

Her work has been published in COPD: Journal of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She also co-authored a chapter in Interstitial Lung Disease: From Diagnosis to Treatment (Nova Science Publishers, 2022).

Khan graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University with a BS in chemistry and a BA in communication. She earned her medical degree from Creighton University and completed an internal medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center, where she was named chief resident. She then completed a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center, where she was selected as chief fellow.
