Roxane Holt

As a maternal-fetal physician, Roxane Holt provides care for women experiencing high-risk pregnancies. She specializes in the management of the medical complications and disorders of pregnancy, such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, renal disease, multiple gestations, fetal growth restriction, and premature birth problems. She has a particular interest in the detection, confirmation, assessment, and follow-up of fetal anomalies. She is also interested in labor and delivery management, as well as quality care in obstetrics.

Holt’s research has been published in the Journal of Clinical Ultrasound and Endocrinology.

She earned a BA magna cum laude in biology from Texas A&M University and received her MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She completed her internship, a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and a maternal fetal medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Most recently, she was a member of the faculty of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.
