Shari Snow

Shari Snow is an expert in the management of women’s health, with a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic hysterectomy, myomectomy, and the laparoscopic treatment of pelvic diseases. She is a master robotic surgeon and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She is also a certified menopause practitioner of the North American Menopause Society, with expertise in the management of menopausal symptoms. In addition, she has a strong clinical interest in hereditary cancer syndromes. She has performed research in the identification and management of hereditary cancer mutations in the unaffected patient, and her expertise includes screening technologies, medications, and surgical procedures that decrease the risk of cancer in patients with a strong family history of the disease.

Snow earned a BA in biology from the University of California, San Diego, and an MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University, where she continued to practice and teach for over two decades. She was also a founding partner of Gynecologic Specialists of Northwestern.
