Nathan Olson

Nathan Olson is interested in medical education utilizing team-based in-situ simulations, as well as in how non-cognitive traits affect physician training and education. In addition, he is interested in exploring ways to integrate evidence-based principles of mastery learning into undergraduate and graduate medical education.

Olson received a BS in microbiology from the University of California, San Diego, and an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed a residency in emergency medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He also holds a master of arts in education degree from Central Michigan University.
